Adult Naturopathic Medicine Initial Visit $375 75-90 minutes
Adult Naturopathic Medicine Follow Up Visit $250 45-60 minutes
Pediatric Naturopathic Medicine Initial Visit $250 45-60 minutes
Pediatric Naturopathic Medicine Follow Up Visit $140-250 30-60 minutes
Acute Naturopathic Visits (Established patients only) $70-140 15-30 minutes
Follow up visit frequency and length depend on medical complexity and are determined by the provider.
Acute visits must be scheduled by calling the office directly.
Visits for patients aged 14 and younger are considered pediatric appointments.
Integrative Psychology Initial/Follow Up Visit $195 60 minutes
Remote visits
Remote visits by phone or video conferencing are available at the discretion of your provider.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all new patient appointments. This is not a fee. It is applied to the total cost of the visit and the remaining balance is paid at the conclusion of the visit.
Insurance
Our naturopathic doctors are not currently in-network with any Maryland-based insurance companies, and so cannot directly bill insurance for services. You are able to self-submit claims to your insurance company for reimbursement or application to your deductible - we will supply you with the necessary paperwork.
As a licensed psychologist, Dr. Apel's fees qualify for out-of-network reimbursement under nearly all insurance plans and are generally considered within the usual and customary range (UCR). Patients pay CCNH directly, and if you decide to submit a claim for insurance reimbursement, the superbill provided to you will contain all the information needed by the insurance company.
Healthcare Savings Accounts/Flexible Spending Accounts
CCNH is happy to accept payment from Flexible Spending Accounts or Healthcare Savings Accounts, which are features of some insurance plans. Please call the clinic if you have further questions.
